Mission organized a Series of total 4 Indian Cuisine Demonstration MasterClasses titled "India on Your Plate" for our Dominican friends over a span of 4 weeks. The first class was the very popular "Panner Tikka Wrap" organized on 22.11.2024, followed by weekly classes demonstrating preparation of Zarda Pulao, Samosas and Aloo Tikki Chaat. Mrs. Pushpa Abbagani, spouse of the ambassador delivered a presentation on Indian Cuisine and culinary culture on all days. The Cuisine MasterClasses were hosted at the Chancery Kitchen. Mission hosted total 160 Dominicans,Diplomats and Friends of India for the total 4 cuisine demonstrations across Nov and Dec 2024. The last Cuisine class was held on 13 Dec 2024 for our Dominican friends.
